1. AGREEMENT TO TERMS
By accessing our website and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
2. ORDERS & PAYMENTS

Refusal: We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including stock availability or suspected fraud.
3. DELIVERY & INSPECTION (OPEN-PARCEL)
The Check: As part of our service, you are permitted to inspect items upon delivery.
Shipping Fees: If you choose to reject an order at the door after inspection, the shipping fee remains due and must be paid to the courier.
Risk: Once a package is accepted and the courier leaves, the risk of loss or damage passes to the customer.
4. RETURNS & EXCHANGES
All returns and exchanges are governed by our Refund Policy. Customers have 14 days from delivery to request a return. Items must be in original condition.
5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt/Cairo. Any disputes will be settled in the courts of this jurisdiction.
