         REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

1. THE "OPEN-DOOR" CHECK

You are encouraged to open and inspect your package while the courier is present.

Immediate Returns: If you aren’t satisfied, hand the item back to the courier on the spot.

Shipping Fee: If you reject the order at the door, the delivery fee must still be paid to the courier.

2. 14-DAY RETURNS

Changed your mind after the courier left? No problem.

Timeline: You have 14 days from delivery to request a refund.

Condition: Items must be in original, unworn condition with tags attached.

Coverage: All Nilo products are eligible for return.

3. EXCHANGES

Timeline: Requests must be made within 14 days.

Shipping: A new delivery fee applies for sending out exchanged items.

4. DAMAGED ITEMS

If your item is faulty or incorrect, Nilo covers all shipping costs for the replacement or refund.
