SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING RATES

Standard Delivery: flat rate of [75-100 EGP].

Exchange Shipping: If you swap an item, a new delivery fee will be charged for the replacement.

Refused Deliveries: If an order is rejected at the door after inspection, the delivery fee must still be paid to the courier.

2. DELIVERY TIMELINE

Processing Time: Orders are processed within 2-7 business days.

3. THE "OPEN-PARCEL" SERVICE

Nilo provides a unique check-on-delivery service. You have the right to:

1. Open the package in front of the courier.

2. Verify the product quality and fit.

3. Decide whether to keep or return it immediately.

4. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an SMS/Email with your tracking number and a link to track your package in real time.

5. MISSED DELIVERIES

Our couriers will attempt delivery up to [3] times. If the package is not received or the shipping fee is not paid, the order will be returned to our warehouse.
